Next Chapter Talent have partnered with a growing London leading agent based in SW London who pride themselves on offering an innovative and dynamic work environment. They are currently looking to expand their team and are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator

As an experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the sales team, responsible for managing and negotiating property sales. You will use your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and persuasive abilities to close deals that benefit both clients and the company. Your role will involve liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:

路 Daily monitoring and management of prospective buyers

路 Generate and conduct viewings

路 Progress and monitor sales, working to agreed timelines

路 Maintain regular proactive communication with vendors regarding their property performance and market updates

路 Monitor prospective business and assist with valuation generation tasks

路 Negotiate and agree offers

路 Qualify prospective buyers and nurture strong business relationships

  • Competitive salary between 拢25,000 - 拢28,000 basic salary and performance-based incentives/ com
