Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Highbury, N5
Salary: OTE £60K
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are recruiting for an experienced SeniorSales Negotiator to join a highly successful independent Estate Agency in their busy Highbury offices.
The ideal candidates will have significant experience in residential property sales, work well with others, thrive in a sales environment and work well under pressure.
The role involves being at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such being responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous listing and valuation experience would also be advantageous for this role.
This role is perfect for ambitious salespeople with previous experience in Estate Agency and who are looking to build a career in the property industry.
The Company: Our client is a leading Estate Agent with a well-regarded name and highly successful offices across the Southeast of England.
Skills required for this Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- NFOPP / NAEA qualification a benefit (not essential)
- Property listing & valuation experience advantageous
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manners and a positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Highbury and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
