A fantastic private sector Property Management company with over a dozen offices across the UK, is on the lookout for a new member of the team! They are a very reputable employer that offers career growth and is demonstrated by this vacancy, which has only occurred as we are progressing a member of the team upwards!

The purpose of this role is to act as the point of contact for all landlords, contractors and tenants to ensure the properties are in good condition, safe, legally compliant, and that tenants are happy.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Organising repairs and maintenance (planned or reactive).
  • Regular safety checks (like gas or electrical certifications).
  • Inspections of the properties during a tenancy.
  • Keeping records of issues, costs, and what's been done.
  • Budgeting and financial tracking
  • ... various other ad-hoc responsibilities too!

A successful candidate for this role would have some years experience in a similar position and ideally with a portfolio that has included blocks of flats.

Salary starts at £25,000 + bonus + benefits and will increase depending on experience & qualifications.
