I am seeking an ambitious and target-driven Valuer for a well-established estate agency in Kensal Rise. This role is integral to driving market share growth, business development, and securing instructions. You will play a key role in generating leads, conducting valuations, and securing instructions, all while managing your own diary.Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Share Growth & Business Development:Drive the growth of the agency's market presence by securing new instructions and expanding client relationships in the local area.
  • Valuations & Instructions:Conduct property valuations for flats (average £600k) and houses (average £1m), ensuring accurate pricing to secure instructions for lettings & sales.
  • Lead Generation:Proactively generate new leads through canvassing, door-knocking, and networking in the local area. As well as, calling through an extensive database, and inbound leads.
  • Client Relationship Management:Manage high-end property deals and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer service throughout the lettings process.
  • Self-management:Run your own diary and manage your time effectively, contributing to a collaborative, close-knit team within a newly renovated office environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, property valuations, and securing instructions.
  • Local knowledge of Kensal Rise and the surrounding areas.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with door-knocking, canvassing, and generating new leads.
  • Ability to manage high-end property transactions with a focus on service and results.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car.

Perks:

  • Salary: £30,000 Basic / £60,000 - £70,000 OTE + Bonuses
