Real Estate Finance Solicitor
1-3PQE
North West London
I am working with a large independent firm in North West London looking to hire a junior real estate finance solicitor to their team. The firm is a multi-service practice, with a large emphasis on real estate, but also commercial, employment, private client, and litigation departments.
This role will be working directly with one of the Partners in the real estate finance team, supporting them on their caseload as well as being given further responsibilities and the candidate working their own caseload in time. The finance team work with large banks, companies, and private investors, working on high-value refinances of up to 90million, and loans worth up to 15million.
The ideal candidate will be a junior real estate solicitor working at a small-medium sized firm looking for a move into real estate finance and develop their skill set working with an expert in the craft. Candidates don't necessarily need experience in the finance side of real estate, as long as they have the ambition to learn.
