School Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage isams and data entry
- Inputting all data for students once enrolled (general, contacts, school, census, health record, documents and files, custom items)
- Working with admissions on initial data inputs for new students (from new starter google forms)
- Sending out annual checks for contact details, conditions, medication etc and inputting new info where necessary
- Chasing missing data from existing parents
- Updating information when provided
- Keeping parent portal up to date with any letters, information etc
- Helping parents login by resetting login info, unlocking accounts etc
- Working with SLT to create termly report templates, cycles, grading systems
- Input target grades based on information provided by Exams Officer from CAT4 testing
- Ensuring guidelines for staff and parents in use of all gradebooks/reports are kept up to date with any changes
- Assisting teaching staff with all report queries (create how to documents/videos etc)
- Going through every report to ensure they are fully/correctly completed before passing on to Academic Lead
- Upload reports to Parent Portal with Academic Lead
- Responsible for sending out all parent communication from SLT and teaching staff (school update information, trips, events, exams etc)
- Be the port of call for parents with all queries over a wide range of subjects and issues
- Create certificates and letters for students leaving/applying for visas etc (Including but not limited to certificates of attendance, confirmation of enrolment etc)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of education systems and familiarity with data protection regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
