Are you experienced Communications or Junior Account Executive experienced in internal external communications? We're searching for a creative and enthusiastic Communications Executive to join our thriving, purpose-driven technology company.

Role Overview: In this exciting position, you will focus on creating engaging content copy and communication while coordinating various marketing channels, and collaborating with an international team to ensure consistent messaging across global markets. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather insights into target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Plan, develop, and create content for internal and external communications
  • Generate high-quality content, including long-form articles, website copy, blog post, press releases and short-form materials like leaflets and stamp cards to a high quality.
  • Coordinate 360 degree project including media outlets and project campaign tasks.
  • Ensure content aligns with the company's tone of voice and messaging as well as accuracy and quality of all written materials.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to integrate content into various channels, such as email marketing, social media, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with international teams to provide content that can be adapted to local markets, considering cultural nuances and language differences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications channels.
  • Ensure that content adheres to company guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in gathering content, writing and editing long & short form copy (essential)
  • 2+ years of experience in agency setting: marketing communication or advertising or creative or PR agency (essential).
  • Experience in coordinating comprehensive 360-degree communications projects.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies and ability to analyse campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural differences is a plus.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience in the loyalty and rewards industry.
