The successful Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies to effectively convey key messages.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across different channels.
- Ensuring communications are delivered through the optimal channels and formats to engage and support partners.
- Working collaboratively with peers and colleagues to achieve key objectives.
- Monitoring and reporting on the success of communication strategies.
- Managing the production of promotional materials and construction of clear briefs for partners.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Specialist should have the following skills...
- Experience in internal or external communications.
- Experience with communications technology, utilizing multiple platforms, including social media and digital applications.
- Examples of supporting projects and delivering against tight deadlines.
- Ideally, exposure to a global business operating in multiple markets to appreciate nuances in culture.
- You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional detail orientation.
- An interest in health and wellness would be advantageous.
