They are looking for an IFA Administrator to work one on one with the Adviser (Director) and a trainee IFA. They are ideally looking for someone that is keen to join a small company with growth plans, so promotions and development will be on the table.
As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Updating client records on IO
- Preparing financial reports
- Producing cash flow models
- Conducting research on financial products and services
- Providing administrative support to financial advisers

- Hybrid working - 3 days in, 2 days from home (more days from home will be available once settled into the role)
