The organisation has grown considerably within the last few years, with thousands of members in many countries. Given this growth they are now looking to increase the team, bringing in a dedicated resource to work on all elements of digital communications.
The Digital Communications and Website Officer will be the primary point of contact for all website and digital communications queries and will work closely with the Marketing and Education Manager, CEO and office staff to ensure continuity and quality of work. Working across the website, email communications, online communities, digital advertising and social media, the post holder will creatively raise the profile of the organisation, whilst maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
You will need to possess strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads to maximum effect and excellent interpersonal skills.
Main duties will include;
Be the first point of contact for those seeking information relating to communications, marketing and advertising
Take responsibility for email communications, including content generation, segmentation and analytics
Support with social media, including content generation, graphic design, scheduling and analytics
Support with website management, including content generation and review and analytics
Support with external advertising, including sales and support for external clients
Work with the office team to ensure that all campaigns receive appropriate coverage
Develop a thorough knowledge of the website content management system (CMS). Train other staff on CMS management where necessary
Develop a thorough knowledge of the customer relationship management system (CRM). Train other staff on CRM management where necessary
Work with the Accounts Assistant to manage financial processes relating to communications payments and invoices
The right candidate for this role will have experience of a wide variety of communications, both social media and email marketing. Knowledge and experience of website content management (including writing) is also required.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days based in a Central London office.
Starting salary of 32K plus bens
