Our client is a well known and respected design, interiors, architecture and arts PR Agency. Changes in the team have meant that they have an opportunity for a Account Executive to join their team. They have lots of new business coming through and we really need someone with relevant sector experience. There's lots of opportunity do some really creative campaigns.

This would really suit someone wanting a supportive, collaborative environment. It's a small but very professional agency

Role:

  • Preparing PR, communications, events and social media strategies
  • Writing pitches, blogs, press releases, social media posts and other content
  • Managing community consultation and engagement strategies and events, and preparing community consultation reports
  • Planning, facilitating and promoting media, sales and community events such as photoshoots, drinks receptions and journalist visits
  • Leading crisis communications strategies
  • Advise clients on strategy, media and communications matters
  • Idea generation and implementation of new business and marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Developing new business opportunities, preparing and attending pitches
  • Attending industry events, client hospitality and team-building activities when necessary, with out-of-hours activity expected occasionally
  • Line management of account team members
  • Induction and training of new team members
  • Leading team brainstorm sessions and training
  • Ideally having a strong understanding of the property media landscape including traditional and digital journalists and influencers and strong relationships across these channels
  • Confidence in communicating with key audiences, most importantly media contacts and clients

Candidate profile:

  • A positive, enthusiastic and 'can do’ attitude
  • An abundance of common sense
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Highly articulate
  • Confidence in 'thinking outside the box’ and recommending new processes and ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Driving licence/ access to car preferred
