Our client is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team in West London. A family-run development company that are committed in creating bespoke, mixed use schemes with high-level finishes ranging from 40-50 units.
About the role for a Technical Coordinator
As a Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and viabilities with the design team, sure planning approval with the design teams, procure working drawings and collate all supporting information.
Requirements for a Technical Coordinator
- Detailed experience of building regulations process
- Ability to demonstrate continuing development and understanding on emerging requirements.
- Knowledge in AutoCad
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills
