We have an exciting opportunity for a Techncial Supervisor to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers. Being able to lead and supervise a team of up to 3 other engineers.
About the Technical Supervisor
You will be working in a high end newley built commercial offce building place in the heart of Paddington Central London, working on all Reactive Maintenance and fault finding. This will involve test&inspection and HVAC maintenance.
Mon - Fri roles 8-5pm.
Responsibilities of the Technical Supervisor
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
- Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems and control panels
- Responsible for Leading and Supervising a team of up to 3 other Engineers.
- Testing and inspection
- Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers, UPS, PPM, Emergency Lighting, Pumps, Chillers, BMS systems, Fire Alarm Testing, Cooling Towers and Sprinkler Testing.
- Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
- Fault fining on electrical syatsems.
Requirements for the Techncial Supervisor
- 18th Editions
- Level 3 Electrical installation
- Level 3 in mechanical engineering.
- Test and Inspection
- SMSTS / SSSTS
