Salary: 55,000 - 60,000
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Manager with a City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery Certification to lead and manage fabric maintenance across a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will oversee high-quality craftsmanship, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fabric maintenance and carpentry/joinery works on-site.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to high-quality and safety standards.
- Plan and oversee day-to-day operations and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Conduct inspections and provide reports on maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Certification in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Proven experience in fabric management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Previous experience working ona Heritage site.
