Purchase Ledger Controller
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a well established construction business based in North West London to source a Purchase Ledger Controller to join them permanently.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside a fast-paced finance team assisting handling internal / external queries
- Processing company invoices, ensuring accurate coding, input and filling.
- Manage the reconciliation and settlement of ledger balances
- Update accounting records with daily bank deposits and payments
- Bank reconciliations, banking and assisting with financial administration
- Send out settlement statements and update vendor on status of their account.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail essential to ensure accuracy of payments.
- Experience of customer service.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Experience of or desire to work in small Finance team.
- Strong numeracy, admin, organisational and time management skills.
Salary + other information:
- 32,000 - 38,000
- 5 days in the office
- Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
