Service Level Manager - ServiceNow, SLA Design, SIAM
One of our clients are currently looking at delivering an organisation optimisation programme, and looking at building out their Service Management capability across their supplier service management area.
They are looking for a Service Management Consultant to come in, who specialises in Service Level Management and SLA standardisation design and delivery across all of their MSP's and IT Service suppliers/3rd parties.
Due to the nature of the role, you would need to have the following experience to be considered:
- Must have strong experience within Service Level Management, leading those initiatives across multi-supplier / SIAM model capability within medium to large enterprise customers, who have previously had very unstructured, or immature SLA standards previously.
- Must be strong on using the ServiceNow tool to build and configure reports against these Service Level Agreements and work with the rest of the business to implement report conditions, table structures and service performance reports against the existing supplier base.
- breadth across the ITIL Service management area, including Service Design (to design how the new standardised process for SLM is meant to look across the business moving forward) Service Acceptance, Incident and Change Management.
