We are working with a leading Construction Contractor to find a successful and proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North London. We are looking for an individual to work on reactive maintenance , voids and refurbishment projects assessing repairs needed in occupied and empty housing association and local authority owned housing.

About You

  • We are looking for the successful candidate to have previous experience of commercial activity on a repairs & maintenance contracts.
  • Social housing experience is ideal
  • Ideally experience working on reactive maintenance/voids contracts
  • Experience with managing subcontractors / subcontractor payments
  • Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work task and workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience working with NHF Schedule of Rates.
