The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and be passionate about construction, with a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients who are working on prestigious project in Central London.

Our client is a specialist Fit Out Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical.

Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a similar role
Knowledge within Construction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Experience using the JCT form of contract (Desireable)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
Strong time management skills
Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
CSCS card
