With construction set to begin in late 2025, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute from the very start of the build phase. Location: BarbicanSalary: Competitive Your Role:

Support the procurement of subcontractor packages and manage their administration.
Contribute to monthly cost reporting by preparing package statements for subcontractor accounts.
Learn and use project management systems (e.g., PayApps/4PS) to ensure smooth operations.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency.
