Are you a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager to be part of an exciting new redevelopment project? We are looking for someone to join our client’s team as they embark on a transformative estate regeneration initiative in the Edgware Road area.This project, currently in preconstruction, aims to deliver 430 new homes, revitalise the local library, and create community facilities over the next four years. With construction set to begin in late 2025, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute from the very start of the build phase. Location: BarbicanSalary: Competitive Your Role:
  • Support the procurement of subcontractor packages and manage their administration.
  • Contribute to monthly cost reporting by preparing package statements for subcontractor accounts.
  • Learn and use project management systems (e.g., PayApps/4PS) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency.
