Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Cost Management: Assist in managing costs, valuations, and variations for refurbishment and aftercare projects.
  • Procurement Support: Aid in procurement processes, cost reporting, and financial forecasting.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Monitor and manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and contract administration.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to address remedial works and ensure commercial viability.
  • Risk Management: Contribute to financial reporting and assist in risk management.
