A construction focused, privately owned firm, based in London, are now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 5.

This is an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor, who has commercial, logistics and, or industrial experience that can become an integral part of a small team.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be involved in a range of schemes across the commercial, industrial, logistics and retail sectors, delivering the full spectrum of surveying services including, TDD, contract administration, development monitoring and dilapidations.

As the chosen Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll support in the day to day management of the junior surveyors.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in a similar role, who understands the Building Safety Act and can maintain client relationships, whilst seeking opportunity for new ones.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
  • Commericial experience is necessary
