Our client is seeking an innovative Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. Working closely with Director, the successful candidate will deliver outstanding results for clients, focusing on both commercial and high-value residential projects. You will have the opportunity to work predominantly in the high-end/super prime residential space, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, funds, and investors, among others, to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Requirements:

MRICS Chartered BS

Strong experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, and design works

Knowledge of luxury property and high-quality residential sector

Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage contractors and consultants

Familiarity with H&S legislation and ability to act as PD when needed

Self-driven with a desire for career growth and networking opportunities
