Contract / temp to perm Cost Planner urgently required
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Cost Planner to join their team and support their growing portfolio of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality residential developments, including low-rise and high-rise schemes, with project values ranging from £10m to £250m +.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost planning, feasibility studies, and early-stage project involvement. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to a high standard.

- Advising on procurement strategies

- Supporting bid submissions and tendering processes
- Collaborating with design and delivery teams
- Strong residential development experience, particularly in early-stage cost planning
- Proficiency with cost management software (e.g., CostX, Excel)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Familiarity with procurement processes and residential construction methods
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
