Estimator

Madisons Recruitment are actively seeking a Construction Estimator for a client of ours based in London.

As an Estimator you will be helping deliver estimates, manage costs, and facilitate risk assessments. You’ll be supporting Commercial Fitout projects in Retail, Office and Hospitality sectors. 

Requirements

• Construction related degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
• 5+ years as an Estimator, ideally in Commercial Fit-out
• Self-driven, adaptable, and solutions-oriented team player 
• Organised, with excellent prioritisation and communication skills
• Strong negotiation, management, and project evaluation skills 
• Skilled in local regulations, site safety, and construction phases
