Bouygues UK are looking to recruit Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyors, the opportunities would be based on large landmark construction projects based in London and the South East.
The Role
The Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor will learn and develop the skills necessary to support commercial activity in our London region.
Typically the Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the:
- Maximisation of commercial results of the project.
- Procurement of Sub-Contractors.
- Financial Control of Sub-Contractors.
- Delivery of monthly financial reports to forecast net margin & activity utilising the company tools, procedures & rules.
- Liaison and collaboration with the construction and design teams in all aspects of contractual activities.
The Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What you`ll need
- A 2:1 in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- A genuine interest in the construction industry
