A well-established main contractor is currently seeking Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyors to join their team for recently secured life sciences, commercial office, and high-end residential projects in Central and Outer London. Project values range from 25m to 100m.
The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project, as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number 2" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are preferred, as these projects are either about to commence or have recently begun.
Role: Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central & Outer London
Rate/Salary: 350 - 525 p/d or 50k - 80k (plus package)

Requirements:
- Experience in two-stage/PSCA, full project lifecycle, and NEC & JCT D&B contracts preferred but not essential
