Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with at least three years of experience in construction or civil engineering. We are seeking a commercially aware candidate with hands-on QS experience to join a growing team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in cost management and financial control across projects.

  • Work alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor to support contract administration and commercial reporting.

  • Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts.

  • Assist in procurement, subcontractor management, and cost forecasting.

  • Provide financial insights and reports to support project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience within construction or civils.

  • Ability to assist with cost control, valuations, and contract management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Must be able to travel to and from site independently.
