A leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across Central London, including Mayfair, Tottenham Court Road, and Pall Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial aspects of projects, from initial estimates to final accounts
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget and within agreed timelines
  • Prepare and monitor cost reports, valuations, and cost forecasting
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and variations
  • Provide advice on commercial and contractual matters
  • Support project teams in achieving cost efficiency and value for money
  • Prepare tender documents and manage procurement processes
