This business is thriving, has a great reputation as an employer and is in a unique position to offer surveyors real ownership of their projects through the whole project cycle.
A few of the key points:
The majority of their work is two-stage tendering and they dont employ estimators so you wont be burdened with trying to find a margin on a scheme you are not familiar with, you will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning.

Highly experienced, very professional, driven and supportive team around you. You will be learning from the best, supported in order to achieve your potential, whilst being given the freedom to make your own decisions.
Smart central office, fun teammates, lots of social aspects, family friendly.
What they need:
Its pretty simple really, they are looking for an M&E quantity surveyor with a good grounding in new build or refurbishment works. Their work is all 2 stage D&B and they would like you to have some experience of this.
A positive, determined, inquisitive attitude will sit well amongst the rest of the team, and if you have two-stage experience then that would be superb.
