Job Details:

JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Southwark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of change events and EWNs
  • Tendering

Experience in the following would be preferential:

  • Managing a commercial team
  • NEC4 Option A
  • Self-delivery of projects
  • Subcontract management
  • Working on a framework
  • Management of CVRs

Key skills and qualifications required:

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills, Experience in preparing BOQ and cost planning, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor in a similar.
