Managing Quantity Surveyor

Actively recruiting for a leading tier 1 main contractor to manage a portfolio of projects with varied new build sectors in Central London. The role would be office based, visiting sites.

About the role of managing quantity surveyor

As managing quantity surveyor, you will manage a portfolio of projects within varied sectors ranging from 15 to 50 million with a team of surveyors reporting in to you. You will manage this team with the objective of having 4/5 projects that all perform well, with strong and positive client relationships.

Requirements for Managing QS

  • Ideally experience working on new build/design and build projects on offices, mixed use, education, healthcare and MOD between 10M-50M
  • Experience managing more than one project and a team of surveyors
  • Degree in a construction related subject
  • Experience in managing high levels of change and variations.
