A well established, well respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based near Victoria, are seeking a Project Manager to join theirteam. The company workin a variety of sectors and offermulti-disciplinary services. Key sectors include Commercial fit-out, Residential and Hotels.
The successful Project Manager will be joining an organisation who offers a full, Director-led, construction consultancy service and pride themselves on exceeding expectations and continually winning repeat business.
About the role:
The successful Project Manager will work closely with the project teamthroughout delivery on major high-profile projects.The role would ideally suit a Project Manager with a proven track record in a similar role, Consultancy experience ideally. The successfulProject Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company should they desire.
About the requirements:
- The successful Project Manager needs to have 3 years post-graduation experience of Construction Management.
- Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite
- A desire to become chartered, ideally through RICS, this companyoffer full support in this area
About the salary:
Salary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to 60,000.
