AD Baker is currently seeking a Contracts/Project Manager to join the fast-track Luxury Retail team, working together with captivating and industry leading global luxury brands.

Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Project programming
- Project Budget
- Sub-Contractor and Material Procurement
- Design and Quality control, having a real understanding of exactly what the client or architect envisions
- A good knowledge on all other trades and systems of work, allowing you to make on the spot decisions while chairing site meetings
- An excellent knowledge of health and safety and keeping sites safe and controlled
- Client facing, the role requires constant lines of communication with clients. You must be confident in your ability and able to engage in technical conversation.
- Site managers will report to the candidate as PM, where you would be expected to give the relevant information in a timely fashion or revert back to the client.
- Most importantly we are keen on personalities and building strong bonds in house and out on site, with the use of technical ability and personal traits.
Interior Fitout - Luxury retail experience essential.
