Project Quantity Surveyor - London

An award-winning, independent, and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional projects and eager to progress your career, this is the role for you.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with a Senior Surveyor and Director, overseeing a variety of exciting projects. These include Mixed-Use, Residential, Commercial Office, Education, Hotel, Leisure, and Retail developments. Based just a 5-minute walk from Southwark Station, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model, spending 2-3 days a week working remotely.

You'll take ownership of client-facing projects while mentoring junior team members, providing a platform to develop your leadership skills. With a clear path to Senior Quantity Surveyor, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a managerial position, all while contributing to the firm's ambitious growth plans.

Your day-to-day will include managing projects from inception to completion, supporting business development initiatives, and working as part of a vibrant team driving the consultancy's vision forward.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion, pre & post contract
  • MRICS is a must have
