Project Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

• Managing cost control and procurement for high-value office fit-out & refurbishment projects
• Overseeing subcontractor payments, valuations, and final accounts
• Handling contract administration and risk management
• Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success

Project Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Qualifications: Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
• Professional Memberships (Desirable): MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent
• Experience: Proven track record in office fit-out & refurbishment projects
• Skills: Strong commercial and contractual awareness (JCT knowledge beneficial)
• Ability to work independently and drive commercial outcomes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
