A prestigious Quantity Surveying & Project Management Consultancy in Chelsea is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on some of London's most exclusive, high-end residential and commercial projects.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on super prime residential developments, working alongside industry-leading Directors and Associates who will support your journey to Senior QS and beyond.

This consultancy is known for its flat structure, meaning you will be fully immersed in projects, gaining hands-on experience and client-facing responsibilities, with no ceiling on your progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee high-value, luxury residential projects from pre-contract through to completion
  • Manage cost control, procurement, and value engineering to ensure exceptional project delivery
  • Work closely with top-tier architects, designers, and developers in London's ultra-prime market
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Pre and Post Contract experience
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion 10m+
  • High-end Residential experience is highly desirable but not crucial
  • MRICS or currently working towards
