Project QS required ASAP for Central London based Contractor on £3m fit out project

One of my clients has a requirement for an Intermediate / Project level Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage a £3m fit out project in Bristol.

The role will be office-based in London with bi-weekly site visits to Bristol, giving an opportunity to visit a vibrant city outside of London!

The successful candidate will ideally have Fit Out or Refurb experience, whether within Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure or Retail sectors, and likely have run their own project/s commercially from start to finish.

Standard QS duties including procurement, variations, valuations, cost reporting / CVRs and final accounts etc.

The client is open to freelance, temp-to-perm or perm.
