Our Client is a well-established Drylining Contractor based in West London.
Their services cover a wide range of offerings, including Drylining, Tape & Jointing, Plastering, Passive Fire Protection, SFS, Render, Cladding, and all types of Suspended Ceilings.
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of experience in Drylining. If you're passionate about the construction industry and ready to take the next step in your career, this is the role for you!
Are you the right person for the job?
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on Drylining
- A full UK driving license is essential
- Strong knowledge of estimating, cost reporting, and project management
- Experience working on drylining, plastering, or similar construction projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
What will your role look like?
- Manage and oversee the cost and budget of drylining projects
- Prepare estimates, tenders, and cost reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
