4Site is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Central London.
Our client is a main contractor specialising in prime residential refurbishments throughout central London. They complete projects ranging in value up to £10m, always prioritising quality and building long-lasting relationships throughout the process. They have built an excellent reputation in the industry and have seen a consistent pipeline of projects. With multiple projects currently running and more to come, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have minimum three years’ experience in high-end/prime residential refurbishments
- Have experience working on projects £2m or above in value
- Be highly numerate and computer literate
- Understand building legislation, building materials, and design
