Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality expertise on world-class projects. Collaborating with a talented team of colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, you will make a real impact while mentoring others and progressing in your career.

  • Provide cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce estimates and conduct budget reviews across various sectors.
  • Collect and analyse data to define client and stakeholder needs.
  • Create Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money.
  • Champion innovation both within our organisation and on the client side.
  • Lead and support the development of tools that integrate data and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you bring as a Quantity Surveyor:

  • Experience in commercial roles, ideally in large capital programmes.
  • Familiarity with the UK's complex infrastructure sector (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commercial focus, helping shape investment decisions that provide value for money.
  • Effective workload management and the ability to deliver clear, accessible reports to stakeholders at all levels.
