Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Greenwich. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 2, 230 units in total - 65m build cost.

The position will report into the onsite Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role is also offering 1 day working from home.

Our client requires this individual to do the procurement of early packages, fit out etc. You will also package management until final account.

In return, our client is offering anything between 65k - 70k (basic) + full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus).
