The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate directly with the Partners, playing a vital role in the residential team. You will work on a variety of captivating projects, including later living developments, build-to-rent schemes, private residences, and cutting-edge student accommodation.

Managing projects up to £300m, you will provide a meticulous cost management service, ensuring project success from inception to completion. This is an opportunity to enhance your expertise while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Your Skills & Experience

To excel as a Quantity Surveyor, you should have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ideally RICS accredited.
• At least 2 years of experience working on residential projects, ideally within a consultancy or cost management environment.
• MRICS qualified is a must
• A proactive and professional approach to client relationships.
• Strong pre- and post-contract cost management skills.

The Package

• Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
