As they continue to grow, they need a passionate M&E Quantity Surveyor to support their ambitious plans and contribute to the success of our ongoing and future projects.

The Role:

In this crucial role, you will work primarily alongside the Managing Quantity Surveyor and buyer, while collaborating with key teams across the business, including the Design Team, Project Managers and the Finance Department. You will be responsible for providing contractual advice, ensuring timely pricing of variations, and ensuring that all contracts are adhered to throughout our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage payments for application
* Take-off & budget reviews
* Variation pricing
* Revenue forecasting

What we're looking for:

* Experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveying role or similar within the building or construction industry.
* Mechanical and Electrical experience is essential, as well as a keen interest in the renewable energy sector
* Strong knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (JCT & NEC3/4)
