Quantity Surveyor - Luxury Residential Developer - Chiswick
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing luxury residential developer in Chiswick. This is a fantastic chance to step into a pivotal role, working on high-end residential projects across London, with clear progression into a senior leadership position.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will join a passionate team of 15 professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury residential developments. The company prides itself on quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge design, ensuring each project stands out in the London property market.
With a recently completed 49-unit scheme in Romford, and two exciting developments in the pipeline - an 88-unit scheme in Acton and a 44-unit scheme in Willesden - this is a stable and well-backed developer offering fantastic long-term growth.
Initially, you will take full commercial responsibility for key developments as the sole Quantity Surveyor, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the company expands. This is an ideal role for a motivated Quantity Surveyor eager to take on greater responsibility, career progression, and a real leadership pathway.
This role also offers excellent flexibility, with the ability to work from the office, site, and home where possible.
The Quantity Surveyor
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Quantity Surveying degree qualification
- Previous experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
- JCT experience
- Previous experience working on Residential new build developments
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in the UK
