A highly respected Globally operating Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their London team, based just a short walk from Waterloo station.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic London team of 25, working on Industrial, Logistics, and Data Centre projects, as well as select high-end residential and office fit-out/refurbishments. These projects range from innovative new builds to complex refurbishments, offering exciting variety and exposure to high-profile developments.

This consultancy fosters a "work hard, play hard" culture, with regular social events, quarterly team gatherings, and a strong focus on professional development. Through their renowned internal training programme, you will receive tailored career development, structured APC support, and access to industry-leading CPD sessions-ensuring you reach your full potential.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Experience in Industrial, Logistics or Data Centre projects is highly desirable
  • MRICS or committed to achieving
