The Quantity Surveyor RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 15 specialists, delivering exciting projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage sectors, with values ranging from £1m to £500m.

The Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cost management. You should have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Pre and Post Contract Experience
  • Previous experience working on projects from inception to completion
  • MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
