The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with a QS Director, leading on both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities. You'll play a crucial role in drafting prelims, preparing tenders, reviewing contract documents, and managing project finances to deliver exceptional value for clients.
With five strategic offices nationwide, this consultancy works across a diverse range of sectors including Hotels, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail, delivering projects from £1m - £120m. The Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 2+ years)
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Pre and post contract experience
- Strong communication & client facing skills
