Long term freelance opportunity for an Senior Planner in Kensington paying competitive day rate
A opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a tier 1 sized developer on a 10M hotel refurbishment project in Kensington.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Kensington to join their Team. This is an opportunity to be site based, as well remote working. As a Planner, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 10 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a Developer.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:
- Developer experience
- Commercial experience
- Refurbishment experience
