The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with three experienced Quantity Surveying Partners, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of sectors, including:

Residential (low, medium & high rise)
Education
Blue Light
Facilities, Retrofit and Refurbishments
Public & private sector
Commercial
Regeneration & Mixed-Use

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
Started your APC diary
JCT or NEC contract experience would be a plus
Basic pre and post contract experience
Cost Consultancy / PQS work experience
Professional, proactive, eager to be part of a consultancy long term
