Bridge have a Client with a construction arm that set out to handle their own projects. These projects however vary in size from 300k to 5-6m.
They also have very different delivery methods - smaller ones are done with man/van type contractors whereas larger ones are done with more established firms
Accordingly they are keen to get someone on board who has PM/QS/CA background - not that fussed about seniority but need someone who has good common sense and is able to learn quickly on the job.
Preferably 3-7 years experience at least.
Salary Negotiable on experience and availability
Candidate should be able to draft contracts, administer them; keep on top of programs; do programs and push contractors to follow them; help smaller contractors with these elements etc.
Draft Pricing docs; carry out valuations etc.
